DESCRIPTION of this La Crosse Anemometer EA3010 - WS9500

Our most popular anemometer for recreational use.

Accurate to +/- 5% of wind speed.

This unit gives you average wind speed, current wind speed, maximum wind speed and wind chill.

With the La Crosse Technology anemometer you can choose between metric or imperial measurement units to measure wind speed and wind chill.

Power is from an easily replaceable standard lithium coin type cell (CR2032)

There are cheaper Anemometers on the market, HOWEVER, most do NOT have WIND CHILL which is a very important measure for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Also, we recommend avoiding products that have the "egg cup" type rotating cups, these can be easily damaged.
