If you have any complaints about this site or the
service provided please use the feedback
form. We will treat any complaint in full confidence
and endeavour to reply to you within 5 working days.
All complaints will be dealt with, initially, by the
site owner
Refund
Policy
If
the goods that you purchase are unwanted
or not what you expected then you may return
them to us, unused and boxed, and we will
make a refund to your credit card. You have 7 days
from date of despatch in which to request a refund.
The value of the refund is the transaction price,
minus a flat rate £3.50 to cover postage,
handling, administration and credit card charges.
We
will refund the full transaction value only if the
unit is faulty upon arrival.

Please note, with regard to faulty item refunds,
we can only refund back to the total value of the
purchase. We cannot refund an amount in excess of
the original purchase price. We do not refund the
cost of postage for returning unwanted/faulty/suspect
faulty items.
Please note, we cannot accept back any product once
it is used, unless it is faulty. If it is faulty,
we will repair or replace with a similar product.
LOST
ITEMS
Items
under £120 sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
delivery: Very rarely, Royal Mail may loose an
item in the postal system. When this happens, Royal
Mail will not consider the item lost until 15 days
have expired from the date of posting. We believe
that this is an unacceptable time to have to wait.
BHIP ltd will send a replacement item when only 6
working days have elapsed from date of posting. It
is often the case that the original item will still
arrive within the 15 day period. When this happens,
please let us know and we will send a pre-paid returns
envelope/package.
Items
over £120 and other items sent Royal Mail SPECIAL
DELIVERY: If a Special Delivery item does not
arrive within 1 working days from the date of despatch
we will send a replacement immediately. It is often
the case that the original item will still arrive
within a couple of days. When this happens, please
let us know and we will send a pre-paid returns envelope/package.
Cancellation Rights
The consumer has the right to cancel their order within
7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 working
days start from the day that the goods are received.
The unit must be in an unused condition
Postal charges back to us at are the responsibility
of the customer
Returns must be sent "Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery"
(this ensures receipt)
