Because it has an ALTIMETER built in, it can be used by SKIERS as a ski run counter. With the additional weather forecasting features that make use of the sensitive barometric pressure chamber it really is the pocket weather station.

This unit can download up to 1800 data points from multiple files to a PC via an ADC Infra Red port - optional extra.Utilize the ADC IR unit (optional accessory) to enable you to download data from the ADC Summit and Pro to a PC (Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000 and XP) - see below for screen grab
